P&R^® OVERSEAS PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated under the Company’s Act, 1956 on January 1992 at NEW DELHI, India.

P&R^® were the first to introduce world famous Chinese origin Tomato Paste to India. Pioneered the concept of consumption of Tomato Paste in Indian cooking under its registered mantra of COOK-DRINK-SPREAD^®. In less than 4 years P&R^® became the single largest supplier of Premium 100% Natural Tomato Paste in the country. Served big names in the food industry like Hindustan Levers, Godrej Industries, Domino’s Pizza, Mother Dairy, Nirula’s, Allahabad Canning, Aditya Birla, Kohinoor foods and many others.

In a short span of time P&R^® has become the undisputed leader in the supply of Premium 100% Natural, Zero Preservative Tomato Paste to the Food and Hospitality Institutions. Today, practically all properties of Luxury and 5 Star Hotels, Up Market Restaurants, Meal Management Companies, Flight Kitchens, Clubs and Pubs, Corporate Kitchens consume P&R^® Premium 100% Natural Tomato Paste under the registered brand name Tomato Magic^®. Export to Middle East Countries and Russia has risen to over Rs.100 million, in the last two years.

A similar success story is in the making for P&R’s^® Tomato Magic^® Ketchup both in Stand-up Pouch and in Sachets, which was launched in 2008. This launch was the culmination of a long standing demand from our institutional customers to offer high quality Ketchup made from 100% Natural Tomato Paste in contrast to many concoctions that are available in the market. A pilot project to manufacture ketchup and sauces has been recently implemented at Noida.
